Ghani dairies ipo oversubscribed nse with investors submitting applications for a total of 43.45 million shares against an issue size of 26.05 million shares, Ghani Dairies Limited’s public subscription has been oversubscribed.

From February 9 to February 10, 2026, the subscription period was open.

Applications were submitted for 500, 1,000, 1,500, 2,000, and more than 2,000 units, among other categories.

Remarkably, there were 33.3 million applications for more than 2,000 shares alone.

11,797 applications in all, totaling almost Rs. 1.434 billion, were received. Larger applications will be distributed pro rata, however applications for up to 2,000 shares will be fully allocated.

JS Global Capital Limited sent a notification to the Exchange with the above given information.

The IPO strike price was previously set by the company’s book-building process at Rs33 per share, which was higher than the floor price of Rs24. A total of 771 investors participated, 223 of whom were allotted shares. With 28.47 million shares, mutual funds received the greatest share allocation, followed by high-net-worth individuals with 26.40 million shares.
